It is true that we have to consistently running or exercise. I missed 2 previous run and I had a poor run today. For the first two hills, I was running out of breath and felt pains everywhere. Chest, Heart, Legs and Head..... it seems to be more on psychology than physical problem.

Anyway, for an experience runner, the recovery was FAST. The rest of the journey just enjoyed chatting with sweepers and LRB. Believe it or not, I meet my old classmate (primary school). If I was not wrong, he was seating next to me in a class. But, both of us can't recall which class. I saw him in previous few runs. Only managed to check with him today. Not much to share on our history as both of us lost most of our memory. It proof that the world is small.

Halfway, meet Salty Chicken. He seems exhausted. As usual, after sufficient rest, I couldn't see him for the rest of the journey. Meet one young pretty lady, first timer. She sat on the floor like Salty Chicken. In my mind, this is not good for a first timer. YOU MUST NOT SIT. Use a tree or branch to support. Once you sit, your muscle will start to relax and loose. You will have difficulty to climb later as your body & legs will become very lazy. You will have no energy to climb. Be careful!
I continue the journey as saw her face was no in pale. Just after I climbed up the steepest climb of the day, RedDragon shouted that she was almost fainted. As LauTan approached, I stayed and wait. After a few minutes, she managed to continue the run. Luckily, with some helps, she managed to climb-up the steep climb. After that, the rest of the journey was just easy. Soon, we reached the open place. Then she could run so fast that she just lost in my eye sight.
We managed to reach the runsite at about 7pm. It was another good run set by GM and the gang. ON ON!
