SH4 New Rules

SH4 Group Hare Rules:

1)Min: RM100 per person.

2)List down proposed expenses.

3)Submit Account & Receipts  to On-Sec.

4)Any over/ under spend, split among the group members.

SH4 Membership Rules:

1)Enrollment fee: RM100

2)Min. 3 consecutive runs in SH4.

3)Recommended by SH4 group leaders or committee member.

4)Termination of membership if

•Absent for > 6 months or

•Not paying  annual celebration fee or

•Not paying Group hare fee.

5)Apply leave with On-Sec to avoid  termination of membership.

6)Join after termination of membership:

•6 months notice.

•Settled the old debts.

•RM100 penalty.

7)Max: 200 members only.
