Run #393 Bandar Mahkota Cheras

This is our another new RUNSITE - BMC.

Before on call, we continue the registration for the "2010尊孔行". This fund raising is for the SM Confucian  KL's school development. A 4.3KM run will be held at roads near KL GuanTong Cemetery on 30 May-10. A run that suit all ages and family. This has promoted by SayKiokSeh (school alumi). When come to charity & fund raising, SH4 is always very generous and supportive.

为四脚蛇(琦哥)的母校尊孔独立中学捐奌錢,也算是为华族的命根华文独中的建设与发展出一奌棉力。在四脚蛇的带动下,SH4也热烈响应热烈参加2010年尊孔行!

“2010尊孔行”义跑订于2010年5月30日（星期日）上午7时正在吉隆坡广东义山举办，绕义山附近公路一圈，全程为4.3公里。适合全家一起参与义跑。

Then followed by our regular run. The trail was beautiful with plenty of scenic views. I also noticed that colourful flowers along the trail. (Did you noticed the pink flower  along the trail? photo from right.) At the mid of the trail, we joined the same track running from Jalan Langat runsite. We exit from an abundance sand/ rock mine. Group 5 has decided to have their HARE run at this runsite for Jun-10.

As of the monther day, "first checking" was done by MOMS. That's piece of cake to SH4's mothers...They are all CAPABLE. Of course, they also leaded the way back to runsite. All mothers have really enjoyed the run.

这次的行山地点非常适中。可能是近我家吧？一路上都很清洁。我还能见到许多美丽花卉。一直往上爬到山顶。对SH4来说是“小儿科"，可是对新人且是上气不接下气。还好都顺利完成。见到这几百尺深的采石场,非常壮观。第五组已等不急订下这为六月份的CIRCLE地点。

今天是一年一度的“妈妈节”。第一个checking听闻是由妈妈们出马喔！SH4的妈妈个个巾帼不让须眉！难不到她们的。她们是可以的哦。当然也是由妈妈们带头出山。

When the night has come, they were celebrating "Happy Mother Day!!". Two cakes were prepared for the celebration. The meal was delicious e.g. chicken rice, pork & etc....HaiLongWang's special cuisine...can't miss it.

当晚,一班SH4会员也准备了丰富的晚饭庆祝"母亲节"。还有2粒蛋糕祝贺。

Smiling and happy faces from the MOMS  个个母亲都满脸笑容,非常高兴。
