Run #395 - 23/05/2010 - Cheras Awana (Bukit Hatamas)

Usual run site, no frills and some usual run setting team was around minus the usual lead as he had to get to a wedding dinner early. I was assigned to step up and to give them a good run! 

The plan was simple and the idea of an hour’s exercise would suffice with good steep climbs; entered by the TNB substation to climb the steep and followed the hill climb trail that not many use; a check near the top just to tease and forward to further climb till the top; we went on the left with a downhill till a river and after crossing it, another climb was about enough to drive a good sweat; the second check was laid at almost down to another river after the climb; we further went uphill again for the 3rd hill climb till the top and the 3rd check was laid; a back check should have confuse the runners we broke into 2 groups, the ladies and lazies went on a path downhill while Tomato and myself went on the right on the steeps for a ‘romp’ around the thorny bushes downhill and up again to a beautiful view of Kampung Baru Cheras; a steep climb up to meet the rest of the group, we went on the sides to avoid the InTrail and followed the downhill path till we saw the pond/lake; crossing the ‘river’ we added another climb before a right turn to get to the back of the flats for the short run on tarmac back to the run site. We took only 2 hours.

The first to come out was Buffalo at 6:03pm, alone on paper! While the rest of the runners were confused with the last check that they went round and round and loops that they finally gave up and some phoned out to ‘seek advice’! Some managed to find paper without help, like 619, was wise to get the pack home. The second came out running at 6:40pm while the last was not far back with a mere 30mins later.

今天的行山如常。天空也特别美。

只是有点热。大概又有人会头晕了。

这几个星期,SWEEPER都比较忙,因新人都挡不住热流而纷纷头晕。大都只能半途而废，不能走完成路程。有者应是第一次也是最后一次了。比爬"阿伯山"还辛苦啊!

入山前CH4 Rotational run的OC FunTong亲自出席邀请SH4参加在6月19日举办的行山会。入场费为RM50。下星期接受报名。以SH4 & CH4的兄弟般的关系,我们应该给予大力支持。

 入山前,有见马大哥的帽子很特别。他也很热心为我们现场织了几顶。非常好看。又能太阳,又能挡"Tuan Tuan" (Torns 树草的刺)。的确有效。这顶帽已帮我"顶"了很多刺。要知四眼加老花的细蛋，在山里面都是在摸索中横冲直撞而常常中刺。

他们也称这帽为,“绵羊帽"。(Topi Kambing Biri-biri) 你有何见解？

不知,BillyNoHair,有没有也想弄顶来戴？

这次的山路由无毛（NoHair)带领。从左边进山。上了山顶又往左走。有段路程是新开的。原本是一条1小时的路程 (他们只2小时SetRun)。结果，前方的人把第三个CHECK搞成CIRCULAR CHECK (LOOP Check 团团转猜找)。我还大赞无毛一流。能够在这山安排了SH4所不熟悉的“团团转猜找”。连交叉点都能算到刚刚好。FROP(前方队伍）从前面山底走上来;我们Sweeper由从这里的山底走上去;双方都在山顶碰头。双方都吓了对方一跳。这就是“团团转猜找”的精髓。谁知，竟然是我们的队员自己弄出这样的挑战。

 

同时，发烂渣在困乱中又中了"机关枪"的侵犯。刺伤和拉伤了左臂。好彩不是中脸面。在群众的"压力”下，我也英雄救美，帮她“撩伤”和安慰她。听说,发烂渣是这次穿的“太清凉”,所以才会受到"机关枪"的突击。

各位美女小姐们！进山时,请注意穿着打扮。小心"机关枪"也小心细蛋的"撩伤"的方式。

 

还好,在30分钟后,619终于找到出路了。大家才能顺利完成任务。如再找不到的话,朱肠粉要另劈新路了。到时,我们应该是在Taman Segar 或Taman Saga 出来了。后果，将是另一个话题。

 

到达营地后,这也为大家增添了不少话题。长篇大论，肺腑之言，吹嘘一场。这就是HASH RUN趣处。辛苦后的另一番乐趣和团康。ON! ON!
