我因带一班外国朋友去榴梿芭吃榴梿而不能走山，但还是赶得急来享受这丰富的晚餐。有nasi lemak, 白斩鸡，鸡饭，热粥，再加上一条“BABELOO 巴比佬”烧猪；还有任喝的啤酒。非常赞！ON！ ON！
当晚也见证了Apple Leong的洗礼。她正真正被我们“洗”了一身。FitLo为她取了新HASH NAME为“有啲嘢”（YaoDYeah). 。她是那么的开心和兴奋。一时整个场面非常喜乐和欢腾。
天色已晚，下回再讲述当晚的情形。ON！ON！ 晚安！

Run #402 (11/07/10) Venice Hill (Circle)
今天是第六组做HARE。由FitLo, NoHair, 猪肠粉一班22人负责请吃又请喝。

Run #400 & #401
Run #400 (27/6/10) Thai Buddisht Temple, Jalan Kacau
After arriving just in time for the run, it started raining! The trail was on the left side of the hills and slippery climb was the order of the day. Me Mrs was OnTrail and was ahead as I was with some newcomers and assisting the sweepers. The trails were almost the same from one of the runs here quite some time back; after reaching the top, we were on some offtracks till the bottom by the river; crossing the river on the right side of the trail, an uphill climb was short before going down some slippery steeps and another long steep climb; a few more lower hill climbs and on the long gradual downhill to get back on the offtracks for the run on home trail; the BROP were back just before 7pm.

Run #401 - (04/07/10) Broga (Orang Asli Settlement)
今天又回到令我难忘的RUNSITE。 上一次，我已破个人记录完成。晚上10时才出山。
一样的雨天，由同样的进口入山。一样经过在建筑中的公园。从离芭爬上时，再次问自己同样的事件会再发生吗？再往上爬时，一直注意往左转了吗? 上一次GM 找不到路结果一直到顶才发现不对路。这次会再次出错吗？
细蛋啊！细蛋。。。为什么你哪么人如其名？小胆。
我们的GM哪里可能再次出错。的确，这是一条非常漂亮的RUN。转接入左边的山后，我们就一路往上爬。对新人来说，不简单，很辛苦。对SH4来说，正真够喉。海龙王还挑战朱肠粉再跑一轮。因朱肠粉做SWEEPER而没有跑到而不够喉。
一路上风景优美。毛毛雨也停了。天气也特别凉爽。不然，不知有几位会晕头了。
我们的一位新朋友（才参加SH4四次）因不能抵挡年青貌美的女友的喂食（吃日本大餐）而吃了太饱。结果，一路肚子大涨而不能跑。他还报怨红颜祸水。其实，细蛋愿意探这祸水。
