Mar-11's circle was organosed by Group 2 for big run and big dining. Their kindliness and generosity is well known in SH4. Again, plenty of foods, drink and nice run on 20/03/11.
The turn-up was great! As of Soda, it was about 150++. (In actual, quite a number of them not sign-in) She had a concern of excessive foods prepared. Group 2 had prepared buffet for 185 pax for this CIRCLE. In addition, 15 roasted ducks; 10 crates (bottle) of beers from SH4, plus another 8 cartons of beers as stand-by. 619 as usual bring along the "Jln Kacau's home made Todi". HoiLongWong cooked a big pot of porridge. SanXin Cheong cooked a pot of spicy chicken claw. For my understanding, all foods and drinks were GONE....clear and clean!! Well done, hashers!
Once again, thanks to Group 2 for their big spending to make this a wonderful CIRCLE!
The day was with dark cloud before the run. But, no rain. 3 first time guests joined. They were all managed to complete their run and they seems enjoyed the run from what I could see form thier faces. I have warned them that this is a "Kindergarden" level. They need another 1 hour for the normal run. Anyway, looking forward for their return and joining this big SH4 family in near future.
FROP reached run site in < 1hr. It seems a check almost turning into Circular Check. (Hey! why SH4 had so many similar occasion? The FROP must be running too fast and too far for seaching the check.) All returning peacefully and the makan-makan was started early to compensate the big crowd.
Sweepers returned at 6.44pm. The rain came together with them. It was a drizzling and we just enjoyed the foods and drinks under the fine rain. Mr. I brought along some firecrackers for kids to play.
Circle started at 7.30pm. First hasher on-ice was Mr. I as he was naked. (No respect to circle.) Good catch by GM. Followed by a thank you to our generous hares (Group 2). Then, GM informed and thanks MKH4 for their invitation on their CNY run. (Hey! CNY was long gone ...it is almost QingMing. Ha!) GM also reminded us on CH4's dinner and dance.
During my on-box time, as usual, normal routine on "CHECK IN & CHECK OUT". This time, Guests were all followed the rules. Thanks for their understanding and support. However, WoonShu and FunTong were among the FROP that forgotten to check-out. (Hey! SH4's rule is very STRICT especially during CIRCLE). As I had printed our SH4 Hash Songs on the March-11 Newsletter, I did a test on their singing capability on our SH4 songs. Unfortunately, the testing was failed as many of them struggling to read and sing even I had an OPEN BOOK for them. More works needed in this area.
JM, Fit Lo On-box. He welcomed our First time guest, Alvin Shua. Shua is pronouned as Chai in Mandarin. Somehow he explained that his sirname was "无人姓". FitLo called upon the real "无人性" BigMouthMonkey to interrogate him. It was a great fun on the cross-examination process. Luckily, Alvin was co-operative. Or else, they might throw him into the jungle (not from 14th floors).
JMrs, FLZ on-box. As Fit-Lo forgoten to past the box to GM. She has FitLo on-iced. She then invited our "25gays @ spy" to pointed out any hasher who had broken the Hash rules. Unfortunately, they were failed again. Some of them smartly pointed on those who have gone home. FLZ was so nice and let them go. Next on iced were our lovely couple, Mountain Goat & Lady Goat, as of their lovely daughter was not wearing Hash shirt during Circle.
Half way on circle, the rain satrted fouring. We had to stop our Circle at 8.30pm. The night still early, the floor had passed over to our Mid-night GM for their continuous Circle or drinking hours.
Another happy day with SH4. ON! ON!
