正巧的是,昨天傍晚星期天捷兔会第一次选择来士拉央医院对面Bukit Lagong行山(算起来也满靠近邓普勒公园一带,连接甲洞森林局的北部),山脚是一个休閒公园,我们没有进去坐坐,不过知道这是地球赐给我们的美丽大自然環境,改天应该会帶家人来享用.

我们这次只是借用了这一片山林,作为锻炼身体的场地,进入森林深处享受傍晚鳥儿回巢的啾啾鳥語,虽然闻不到花香(通常清早就容易嗅到花香),却享受踏在落花枯叶上的情调,享受大汗淋漓后用山涧洗头的清涼....可是,人类发展的列车己经开到路口了,这座山可以耐多久,这片树林可以活多久?好听的鳥鳴会成为绝响?....

SH4’s first run in this run site with the 10 of us (Dinosaur, Buffalo, Borong Lau, Botak, Mountain Goat, Toh-Mou, Fit Lo, Fit Soh, Mr X and myself) went in at 3pm to set the run. The idea was to hit the steep climbs on the two high points (highest) with the trails around the fringes of FRIM, Bukit Idaman and back to Lagong. The run – started with hilly gradient climb to reach some flat area for the 1st check with a falsie; single file path downhill on the left to a small climb to reach a ‘Lah Tok Kong’ to pass in front for the jungle uphill climb (2nd and 3rd check) for a short while before going on the long way down; reaching the small valley with a creek was the second hill attack (to the highest point); on the peak, the 4th check was laid downhill on the opposite side; turning left on the peak was a long trail that led till the wide offtrack with gradient climbs; while going downhill what seemed like a home trail, the 5th check was laid; reaching the end of the wide offtrack, the path became smaller and smaller till a single file path; just a hill after the path, a water tank was seen (many would think that they have reached the run site); more small hilly steep climbs in the jungle for 1 or 2 km would have all climbing the last steep climb to reach near the in trail; connecting back on the in trail was the long downhill till run site; reached the run site at 5:30pm.

Lagong的热情洋溢!!
终于等到SH4的special run, Bukit Lagong行山。看起来很远但是一路直上往北方驾驶。经过Selayong 大巴刹后，再经过医院不久就看到“大大”的SH4指示牌。四眼的细蛋远远就看到了。SET RUN 的真细心。
以为不多人来跑。时间一到,众多人潮如往常般进山。一路都很干净，风景也很美。树林都被保护的很好。初初的路程是一直往高处上。无毛和FIT佬的惯例。当我们走到平路时,以为以已到出口不久了。个个一口气都把水喝完了不。但是,问题来了! 这只是半路而已。
走到一个蓄水池,也以为到了。哪里知道路程又转入山林。有点担心！（细蛋正人如其名,小胆)
幸好有山水充饮水。一路上又能听AH KAM讲人生大道理。
“人生出来是要来看,吃和享乐的。开心就好,别要求太多。”．．．
“爱是要争取的,不是等。尤其是机会已在眼前。”．．．
“我老婆能跟我到现在,我已非常满足；我已不要求一定要一生一世。”
他其实是在鼓励一位单身的HASHER，别在让另一个HASHER等太久。
听着听着我们也不知不觉的走完了全程。虽然这段路程响当远,还好路程都在山腰打横行走,对殿后的HASHER不会爬的哪么辛苦。SET RUN 的也真体贴。 GOOD RUN! ON! ON!
此时,一班当地的HASHERS(SH4的BatuH4members)已经为我们准备了丰富的猪肉粥和冷饮在RUNSITE。他们以地主之情欢迎SH4第一次在Lagong, Selayang行山。他们的热情接待令人感动！！我怎能不跑SH4呢!
LAGONG这run site哪能只是久久一次special run才来.....应该是常常来regular run才对........
